With a foundation in IT Infrastructure Services from my time at TCS, I bring a technology-driven approach to operations, enabling scalable, efficient, and data-backed business processes. Currently at Ambinix Ventures (BitCore), I drive: • Operational strategy and execution excellence • Process design, automation, and standardization • Customer relationship management and lifecycle optimization • Alignment between IT systems and business operations Alongside my operational responsibilities, I contribute to designing and delivering Generative AI training programs for corporate teams and academic institutions, focusing on practical AI adoption, productivity, prompt engineering, AI tools, workflow automation, and responsible AI usage. My strength lies in bridging the gap between technology and business execution, ensuring that processes are not just defined, but also scalable and sustainable.
