Digiprofile Learning Portal — Company Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every company that publishes trainings, internships or certification courses on the Digiprofile Learning Portal, and to the LMS managers appointed to run it on the company's behalf. Learners are covered by our general Terms of Service.
Revenue share
On every paid enrolment collected through the portal, Digiprofile retains 25% of the programme fee as platform and facilitation fee and 75% is settled to the publishing company. The split is calculated on the listed fee before taxes and applies equally to trainings, internships and certification courses.
1. What you may publish
Your company may publish trainings, internships and certification courses. You must publish complete information for at least three offerings — each with its title, duration, mode of delivery, what the learner receives and the cost. Incomplete or misleading listings may be removed.
2. Revenue share
For every paid enrolment collected through the Digiprofile Learning Portal, 25% of the programme fee is retained by Digiprofile as platform and facilitation fee, and 75% of the programme fee is settled to your company. This split applies to trainings, internships and certification courses alike, and is calculated on the listed programme fee before taxes.
3. Settlement
Company settlements are released against enrolments marked paid, after the standard settlement cycle. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations are recovered from the company share of the same or a following cycle.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued jointly: your company certifies the learning outcome and Digiprofile certifies the identity of the learner. Every certificate carries a unique verification ID and may not be issued to a learner who has not completed the programme.
5. Delivery obligations
Your company is solely responsible for delivering the programme as described, for trainer quality, schedules, mentoring and for statutory compliance relating to internships and stipends.
6. LMS manager
The company owner may appoint one or more team members as LMS managers. A manager can create programmes, manage enrolments and issue certificates on the company's behalf. The owner remains accountable for all manager actions.
7. Conduct and removal
Digiprofile may suspend a company's Learning Portal access for fraudulent listings, non-delivery, learner complaints or misuse of certificates.
Legal disclaimer
- Digiprofile operates the Learning Portal as a technology platform. It is not an educational institution, university, examination body or recruitment agency, and it does not accredit, award or guarantee any degree, diploma or statutory qualification.
- Every training, internship and certification course is designed, priced and delivered solely by the publishing company. That company alone is responsible for content accuracy, trainer quality, schedules, mentoring, attendance, stipends where applicable, and compliance with all labour, education and tax laws that apply to it.
- A certificate issued through the portal records that the publishing company certifies the learner's participation or completion, and that Digiprofile certifies the identity of the learner. It is not a government-recognised qualification and carries no promise of employment, placement, salary or admission.
- Fees are collected on behalf of the publishing company. Refunds, cancellations and disputes about programme delivery are settled between the learner and that company; Digiprofile may assist and may recover refunded amounts from the company's share.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiprofile is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a programme, and total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fee actually retained on the related enrolment.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
