You are solely responsible for the information, photos, videos, documents and other content you upload to DigiProfile. You agree not to upload content that:

• Is false, misleading or fraudulent
• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful or harmful
• Contains viruses, malware or other malicious software

DigiProfile reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Use DigiProfile only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or interfere with its operation

5. Profile Management

You may update or edit your DigiProfile at any time through your account. DigiProfile reserves the right to suspend, restrict or remove any profile that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain DigiProfile services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are subject to change; any changes apply only to future purchases or renewals.

7. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your DigiProfile subscription, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the date of registration or subscription purchase.
• If approved, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refund requests received after 15 days from the date of registration or purchase are not eligible for any refund.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes or other non-recoverable charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• DigiProfile reserves the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or substantial use of the service.

By subscribing to DigiProfile, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The DigiProfile name, logo, website/app design, software, graphics and other platform content are the exclusive property of DigiProfile and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant DigiProfile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use your content solely for providing and operating the DigiProfile service.

9. Limitation of Liability

DigiProfile provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiProfile shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorised access to your account
• Any actions of third parties

Users access and use DigiProfile at their own risk.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

DigiProfile reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Uploads illegal, misleading or prohibited content
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

11. Changes to the Platform

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of DigiProfile shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where DigiProfile is headquartered.
